Breaking the Silence Jacksonville (BTSJ) is a not for profit organization dedicated to educating, increasing public awareness and providing holistic support in cases regarding juvenille molestation, rape, and abuse. BTSJ offers support services, all housed in one location, aimed at assisting individuals with rebuilding their lives after they have experienced a change in family dynamics as a result of abuse.

After appearing on Oprah with her son, Laveranues Coles (N.Y. Jets) in November 2005, Dr. Williams was compelled to chronicle a journey of emotional abuse, sexual perversion, and divine intervention. This recollection vividly describes the struggles she faced once she forgave and began to heal. Dr. Williams discovered there is life after abuse and forgiveness is the only remedy.
